生殖醫學 – 子宮內膜過薄的治療方法

今天婦科學術活動，由鄭為仁主任指導，住院醫師簡佳昕，以及實習醫師程嘉淳、呂玠瑋醫師報告，討論與閱讀了三篇期刊子宮內膜過薄的中西醫介入方法，討論期刊分別為：

1. Efficacy of tocopherol and pentoxifylline combined therapy for women undergoing assisted reproductive treatment with poor endometrial development: a retrospective cohort study on 143 patients. (VitE + pentoxifylline 治療)
2. Autologous platelet-rich plasma optimizes endometrial thickness and pregnancy outcomes in women with refractory thin endometrium of varied etiology during fresh and frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles. (PRP治療)
3. The clinical efficacy of Jinfeng pill in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility: a systematic review and meta-analysis. (金鳳丸)

經過這次的會議討論，大家都認識到了中西醫期刊研究的侷限性，以及目前內膜過薄治療的困境，期許未來能夠發展更好的治療方法，能夠提高不孕症患者的治療成功率!!!
